The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. We supply a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, milk, butter, and marmalade for our guests. The house is spacious, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy lounge with views over the valley and we endeavour to supply everything you need to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
