Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. If you’re a party of 3 and require the double and two singles made up please make your booking for 4 people. First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge with views with bay window, well equipped kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms; one is a double bedroom, king sized bed with great harbour views, and the second if set up with two single beds. The cabin is atiny house concept designed to a high spec with a Japanese style bath it is one room with a double sofa bed Simba sprung mattress topper for comfort .20 mins walk to 3 beaches and town, in a quiet location with deck looking out to a green landscape and big sky , we are along side a small branch line train , stops at bedtime. most of the time a quiet green spot .the branch line runs from Truro to falmouth ,good access by foot to Penmere station and buses to the university
