The cottage has wifi, a 43’ TV, and a bluetooth connection on the radio. The fireplace is not in use. The cottage has a good sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet. Linens and final cleaning are included.

Villa Aihki is a cozy cottage in the quiet Orresokka area. Equipped with fiber broadband (100M), so the internet connection is also well suited for telecommuting. Illuminated ski slope and fitness trail 100 m, spa, restaurants, etc. Luosto services 2.2 – 2.5 km. Amethyst mine 7 km. Kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds (access to this bedroom via the porch), loft with 1 bed (width 120 cm), sauna, shower room/toilet, plus a separate toilet and a covered terrace.

Saukonpiilo is a traditional cottage with a modern twist. The cottage is suitable for families and couples. The location is quiet. Pyhä-Luosto National Park and Pyhätunturi are 1 km away. The shop and services are about a 15-minute walk. Downstairs, there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs there is a spacious area and a balcony. The cottage has a dishwasher and washing machine, a drying cabinet, a fireplace, WiFi and privacy. Self check-in with a lockbox.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
