We had a very good time at Sara's place. The location is very convenient if you want to explore downtown Oulu by foot and the train station is literally right next door. The communication with Sara was very easy and fast and when we didn't find everything we needed upon arrival Sara got back to us very quickly and immediately brought over what we were missing. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the center, the sea and all services. A small supermarket right in front of the house and two larger ones within a 5-minute walk. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the main products for both cooking and hygiene already available. Susanna is a very kind and helpful host; in her apartment we really felt at home! We hope to be able to return to Oulu soon and stay in this apartment again!

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.

This room is very centrally located, close to restaurants and all it is offering. Public transportation just around the corner, like the railway station and buses. Despite the size of the apartment, everything you needed was there. Well equipped kitchen, tv, bathroom with a washing machine. The top floor gives a glimpse of downtown. Very easy to find and to get in. Nice!
