The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

An atmospheric, year-round cottage 1.5 kilometers from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. With an air-source heat pump, the cottage stays cool in the summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometers away.
