Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Newly built detached house with sauna and hot tub available in Limingo's Ala-Temmes. Less than a minute to the main road About 20 minutes to Oulu and less than 10 minutes to Limingo services. The price of the hot tub is 30 euros/booking, please let us know when you make the booking so that it can be heated. Sheets can be provided at an additional cost, ask for more information! 2 bedrooms, one with a 120 cm wide bed and the other with a 160 cm bed. An air mattress can also be provided upon request.
