Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

The cottage has a fireplace, as well as an indoor and outdoor sauna. Nearby Rokua National Park, ski trails and spa (4km) Suitable for hikers, families and those seeking peace. In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing, for example, with a toboggan or a sled, snowshoeing, even admiring the northern lights and skiing - there are ski trails for every taste.

This unique, 100+ year old cottage is located in a quiet residential area just a few kilometers away from the city center. It is close to the highway E4. The next bus stop and a supermarket can be found in immediate vicinity. Bikes can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is suitable for 2 people and offers a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house can be heated with electrical heaters, a heat pump or a wood-burning oven.

A unique home provides the perfect setting for a getaway, in privacy, but still close to services and good transportation. Meritupa is located next to our house as a separate building and has its own entrance. The room has a sofa bed for two. A kitchenette and a Spa-inspired bathroom with two rain showers and a large sauna with a stunning view.

In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
