A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

We were relaxing with my spouse and our dog on Midsummer Day. The yard sauna was really relaxing, we saunaed for many hours and the dog also liked the sauna. The area was really quiet, so there was plenty of privacy. The terrain in the area is quite interesting. All things considered, the visit went well.

Nestled deep in the forest, the cabin offered total tranquility, but without sacrificing comfort. Everything was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and filled with cozy touches that made it feel like home. Marie was a truly exceptional host — warm, responsive, and full of local tips that made our stay even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience. We especially loved the wood-burning stove, the big windows looking out onto the trees, and the morning coffee on the porch with birdsong all around. Thank you Marie.
