The spacious living room has a comfortable couch and rocking chair. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the laundry room, there is a separate toilet. From the corner sofa on the large balcony, you can admire the sunset. The location is excellent, only about a mile from downtown.

Tidy cottage by the River Iijoki

The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

Downtown services, atmospheric Pikisaari, Nallikari winter village and beautiful beach trails are close to you. The apartment is really spacious and bright. The beds, sheets, and covers are of high quality. A warm garage space is included.

Beautiful studio from the seafront in Toppilansaari. Toppilansaari is located about 3 km from the center of Oulu in a maritime setting. Only about 1 km to Nallikari beach. Shop about 900 meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
