The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
