Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 sqm) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Note: There is no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must stay together in the double bed. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

In the vicinity (500m) of our recreational area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, here you have many opportunities for sports activities. During the summer, the swimming beach at the reservoir is a very popular excursion destination, with the possibility of staying at the beach bar. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
