'Ebitzle'- a city apartment in the green!

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This modern and cozy apartment in Stuttgart West offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant stay. Take a creative break in this minimalist studio apartment. More creative space than apartment, but with large sofa bed! The room is also ideal for small workshops, coaching and much more. Parking is just in front of the house. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, large dining or work table, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a futon sofa bed that turns into a 1.40-wide sunbathing area in a few seconds (bedding and towels are provided).

The apartment has a bedroom with balcony, a living room, a small, well-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, washing machine) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide bed linen and towels. We want you to feel comfortable and look forward to your booking!

Fast Wi-Fi & free street parking, access to the apartment via separate entrance, guests are also welcome to use the large garden. The Beskidenstraße subway station is about 5 minutes' walk away. From there you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in 13 minutes.
