The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The shepherd's wagon by the river

This glamping-style Shepherd's Hut is located between a river and a paddock for horses and donkeys, making it a very special nature experience for young and old. Spend time surrounded by animals, sounds of babbling water and a roaring fire. This experience is off-grid, however, provides everything you need for comfort (power: 12 volts via usb!). Snuggle up by the fireplace at night, or get cozy inside by the wood-fired oven and sleep in a king size bed. It will be a memorable expericence!

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.
