Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy newly renovated old building apartment on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space right by the house. The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
