The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Relax in this home. Quiet location, surrounded by nature. Centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 sqm) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Note: There is no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must stay together in the double bed. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable.
