The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. To the Ellwangen State Garden Show 15 km. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized recreational area since 2010, which meets the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike tours in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
