大広間や複数のお手洗い、そして少し広めの浴室とシャワールームが１つずつあり、大人数の宿泊には最適です。また、ペット可でモーニングがいただける素敵な喫茶店やその他飲食店や温泉、そして美ヶ原や高ボッチといった早朝に雲海が見れるスポットが近くにあったのも最高でした。夜は星がとても綺麗に見えるのも素敵です。ただ、BBQをお考えの方は屋根がないこととガスを使用するものであること、別途料金がかかることには注意していただいた方が良いかと思います。キッチンは簡易なもので大人数で何かを作るといった用途には向いてはいませんが、バーカウンターとなっておりとても素敵な雰囲気を味わえるものでした。また、外には無料で利用できるバレルサウナもありました。総合すると設備、ロケーションに非常に強みをもった素敵な宿だったと思います。また機会があれば、是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

Vi var sju personer som bodde i lägenheten. Den var väldigt fin och hade alla bekvämligheter som man kan tänka sig. Synd att vi bara hade möjlighet att stanna över en natt.

チェックインと同時に注意事項等の案内して頂き 初めての利用でしたが不安もなくスムーズに利用することが出来ました。 キッチンツール・調理器具・お皿も豊富にあり食材のみで楽しくバーベキュー出来ました。 機会があればまた利用させて頂きます。

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The location is perfect for those seeking adventure with family and friends, offering a great balance of nature and comfort. The large room on the second floor was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 10 comfortably. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private onsen—it was absolutely amazing! Being able to enjoy a relaxing soak every day made our trip extra special. The onsen is large enough to fit multiple people, but if you only need a quick shower, you’ll have to take turns using it. The house is heated using a gasoline heater, which worked fine for us, but it’s good to be aware of this in advance. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy yet adventurous getaway!

Great location, quick response, but feels like a corporation - they make you feel out other forms, and pay for extra towels. Kind of weird. But, overall absolutely beautiful and a great place

Alex and Rie are kind and considerate hosts and Thunderbird Cottage is a great base for skiing around Hakuba with a family / group. The car with ski rack is a big advantage for getting around to ski resorts and restaurants / shops. The cottage and car together are good value if you are looking for a peaceful environment that’s close to everything you need. Alex and Rie provided very helpful info that assisted our plans in and around Hakuba.

Quiet, very clean, has all the amenities you need and very spacious. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Jason, Fumiko and Mia were really responsive and kind. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and place to stay in Japan. The place has all the amenities you need and is very new and modern. The entire house has heated floors which a luxury we didn’t realize we needed. Definitely plan on coming back to stay again.

松本クラフトフェアに訪れる際の拠点として利用しましたが、会場へのアクセスがとても良く、非常に便利でした。車での移動もスムーズで、イベントを存分に楽しむことができました。 今回は犬2匹と一緒の滞在でしたが、周囲を気にすることなく、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。ペット連れにはありがたい環境です。 オーナーの方はとても親切で温かく、安心感のある滞在となりました。設備自体はやや年季がありますが、丁寧に手入れされており、必要にして十分です。過剰なサービスや最新設備はありませんが、素朴で気持ちの良い空間でした。 なお、宿泊施設はトレーラーハウスであるため、ホテルのような快適さを期待するよりも、その特性を理解し、アウトドア的な感覚を楽しめる方におすすめです。防音は構造上限界がありますが、それを上回る居心地の良さがあります。 松本エリアでクラフトフェアなどのイベントを訪れる際や、愛犬とのんびり過ごしたい方にはとてもおすすめの宿です。

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had across many countries and years. Had a group of six of us stay. Patrick coordinated with us to pick us up from the station, offered to drive us to gather groceries, and made time to drop us off when we left. Took time to make sure we were comfortable, understood how to use the homes features, and gave us plenty of information on what to do in the area, even down to giving us updates on mountain weather each morning and making recommendations on which ski field to go to each day based on changing weather conditions. He was invaluable and a super friendly and helpful host. Thanks mate! See you next time!

What a beautiful stay in Hakuba. Exceeded our expectations. Greg was an amazing host, super friendly and helpful, and full of local knowledge and recommendations. The rental car included was fantastic. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! 😊

Had a great couple of days at Nick & Hiro's. The architecture was beautiful and place was pristine, 50m away was a nice bar you could relax at as well. The address was hard to find with apple google maps but Nick was quick to drive to us and assist for check-in. Big ups Nick it was a pleasure.

Phil was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help us out with what we needed around the town. Harmony house was the perfect spot to stay in Hakuba and we will definitely be back.

We really had a great time at kaoru’s place. And host are very friendly. If you looking for a place with real japanese vibe, look no further, this is the best palce. We looking forward to go there again soon!

家族４人で２泊しました。広さもちょうど良く、清潔で気持ちよく使用させていただきました。バーベキューもテラスで楽しくできました。

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

Perfect place to stay with a family. Having all you need like your home.

Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

I love this place. Everything is perfect!! We stayed 2 nights there with 2 kids. Peter & Shiho’s place is wonderful for family stay. Location is good easy to find and getting around. We have cooked dinner at home once. Kitchen equipment and tableware is ready to use (only knife that not so sharp😅) When I shared this place on social media, any of friend asked and would to follow me to stay here. Peter is friendly and quite attentive to support he come to meet us twice. We would like to come back again ❤️

This was our second time staying at Koichiro’s place. We love coming here! So warm and cozy in the cold weather. The place is really clean and comfortable with everything you need. Sachiko nous a permis de rentrer dans l'apartement 2 heures plus tôt que prévu, ce qui fut très apprécié. L'appartement correspond à une maison complète très spacieuse et très typique du style japonais traditionnel. Il est proche de la gare de Nagano, ce qui est pratique pour aller voir les Snow Monkeys puis prendre un bain d'eau chaude à shibu-onsen, et faire une randonnée dans la forêt de séquoïas géant de Togakushi. Il y a des restaurants excellents à proximité.
