Our accommodation is a private rental traditional Japanese-style house with a popular BBQ area, limited to one group of up to 8 people per day.The host built it himself through DIY, but it is not suitable for those who are looking for modern amenities and hotel-level comfort.Please be sure to review the following features and precautions before making a reservation.Please refrain from leaving reviews such as "the kitchen was cramped after use." If you are looking for a sparkling clean hotel, we strongly recommend that you use another accommodation facility to avoid any trouble.There are no amenities such as toothbrushes. There is 1 toilet in the room and 1 outside.Please note that the outdoor toilet is shared with another private rental inn on the property.The kitchen is also compact.Please be sure to check the posted photos and floor plan in advance, and make a reservation only if you are satisfied. Some guests who book during the high season (New Year's holidays, Golden Week, Obon period, etc.) repeatedly shorten their stay at the last minute or make significant changes. Since this is an independently-run accommodation with no bookings outside of major holidays, we are in a situation where we cannot operate at all and are close to closing down.Please make sure you have thoroughly checked your schedule and book for a date when you are certain you can come.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
