58 square-meter one-room (hall) wooden warehouse structure - The bedding is futons There is a toilet in the accommodation (hall)　 There is no bath, but there is a hot water shower. There are several hot springs about 20 minutes away by car. - WiFi (network environment) available ・ No smoking inside the hall (inside the accommodation facility). There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

Hello! This is Naotsu Tomarisho, an apartment type 1 room rental. 5-minute walk from Naoetsu Station, good access to public transportation! There is a shopping street in front of Naoetsu Station and many restaurants in the area. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach and a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Umigatari, so it is very close to the sea, and it is a convenient location for sightseeing, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you will have no trouble shopping.
