(Kohana = tree ice in the Nagano dialect) You can enjoy staying here all year round, with Lake Nojiri, a snow park, sauna, and activities just 5 minutes from the Shinano Machi interchange. There are hiking trails and cafes in a quiet villa area, and a convenience store and roadside station are about 5 minutes away In the summer it is cool and the water is cold. - In the cold winter of 10 degrees Celsius, you can stay warm and comfortable from your feet with underfloor heating. There are two toilets, and the first floor is a flat floor, so it can be used safely by families, from children to the elderly. Kurohime Snow Park is 5 minutes away, and you can enjoy various terrains with Myoko and Wadao within 30 minutes. On a bad day, there are darts, jenga, and table tennis while playing darts, jenga, and table tennis, as well as nearby hot springs and saunas. The size is 330 ㎡. We renovated the building that was originally a pension and made it a whole house for rent. The first step is to be barrier-free.There are no steps on the 1st floor except for one room from the entrance. The living room and dining room are at least 20 tatami mats. You can lie on the sofa or on the carpet. And hammocks. I left two types. The TV is 65 inches. One in the living and dining room. You can also enjoy a fire in the fireplace. There are 11 rooms in total. 31 beds in all rooms. There is a TV in the room in 3 rooms. And the large bath has about 25 different minerals and is warmed by filtered water with a powerstone "black silica" that increases the vitality. 12 cassette stoves are available so that you can enjoy the barbecue and pots for meals. There are also 5 accessory plates, such as grilled grilled, takoyaki, and teppanyaki. There are also plenty of dishes, and the beer jug is cooled in the private refrigerator. The wine cellar is also available. There is also a washing machine and a dryer so there is no hassle to dry your laundry. In an environment of 1750 meters above sea level, you can enjoy fresh greenery in spring, cool in summer, autumn leaves in autumn, and skiing in winter.

The cottage has an atrium tatami mat living room for families and friends to gather. The three bedrooms are clean and warm, and all rooms are relaxing. There is a Japanese-style room on the ground floor and a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 large and 1 small, on the second floor. During the snow season, it is in a great location just a 5-minute walk to the 6th lift of the Tangram Ski Circus, with excellent access to the ski slopes. Famous ski resorts such as Myoko area ski resorts, Nozawa Onsen, and Roketa Alpine Resort are also 30-40 minutes away by car. It is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy winter activities. In the green season, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, SUP, and fishing at Lake Nojiri, which is a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the great outdoors of Shinano-cho.
