This apartment was a perfect spot for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University! It was a quick drive from campus which we appreciated after a long day and night of celebrations. The instructions for check in and getting into the apartment were very easy to follow. We had no issues! The apartment was cute and nicely furnished. Very clean! Would stay again!

Great Location to lots of dining options. Main Street is only a few blocks away and that is where the majority of the restaurants are located. We ate dinner at the FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale. Their food is made from scratch, but is worth the wait. Tammy was a great waitress, especially since this was our first visit. Sara's place is pet friendly, which was appreciated since we had our pups with us. The listing states no TV, but there is a TV in the bedroom. There is also a yard, which made it nice when taking the dogs out. We were only 29 Minutes from Mounds State Park and 44 minutes from Fort Harrison State Park. It is also within walking to the famous "Pink Elephant." We enjoyed our stay here and we would stay here again.

She had fresh baked bread ready for me when I arrived(still warm!!) and farm fresh eggs for breakfast! Great stay will recommend and if I’m in the area will stay again!

Sharon is a wonderful host - most helpful - knowledgeable and responsive. The place is so conveniently located to get anywhere in town whether walking, driving, or rideshare. Enjoyed the history in the apartment, and recommend the rental.

I will definitely stay with Deidra again and so will my travel companions. We didn’t feel crowded, could spread out and absolutely loved the outdoor space. The bathrooms are superb! What I loved most about the property is what the overall property appeared to represent which is empowering and supporting other women realize their dreams and financial independence. Thank you Deidra for being an amazing host and inspiration!

A great little getaway to unplug. Scenic views and a short drive from many interesting locations!

We loved our stay here! My husband, our 7 yr old, and I were in town for me to run the Dam Yeti trail race. It was the perfect place! The location is close to downtown restaurants and shops. The Creeper Trail (where the race takes place) runs right across the street. My husband and son were able to easily watch and cheer for me and the other runners from here - something to note for anyone who may be looking for a place to stay for the race! The house was very clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the layout. The beds were comfortable too. My son was super excited about the bunk beds. It was a rainy weekend so we didn't use the outdoor space much but it was very nice. The fenced in yard was a bonus too. We didn't bring our dog this time but I would definitely stay here again. Leilah was very responsive and helpful! We had a little hiccup with the lock box when checking in and she responded almost immediately with a quick solution. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The house was accomendable, well maintained and everything needed was available to me and my guests. Thank you Jennifer for making my trip a great one. God bless!

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and found the home yo be comfortable and quiet at night. Mackenzie was very responsive and and a wonderful host ensuring our stay was trouble free.

I have stayed at Joseph’s listing several times, because it is always clean, cozy, and in such a good neighborhood. This time he was especially kind to me when I was unable to check out on time because of a problem with my car. I look forward to staying at his listing again. My grandchildren loved playing in the backyard, which is always well manicured, with great privacy fencing and a lovely mural!

We had a lovely stay for a girls weekend in IL wine country. Would definitely return.

We couldn’t believe that the property could be so quiet given the proximity to the highway but we were never troubled by road noise. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Our hosts responded to any and all of our questions immediately which gave us peace of mind. When the neighborhood was hit with a power outage because of the excessive heat, they couldn’t have been more concerned and helpful. We feel we found a gem of a place to stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Staci's location was fantastic! The home was beautiful and felt welcome. My children loved the office knook, the game room and the backyard. if we ever come back, we hope if will be available again for us. Thank you!!!!

Trisha's place was excellent!!!! If you are visiting the Nulu district/neighborhood of Louisville, this is a perfect location. walkable to tons of restaurants, bars and whiskey row is not far. For the bourbon lovers, Evergreen liquors is a must! It's maybe at most, 5 minute walk. The secure private parking lot and parking spot is a rare find in this neighborhood! Huge plus!!!! This is my 2nd time staying at this condo facility, the location can't be beat!!!! My husband and I will be back. FYI, Nulu neighborhood is a hip up and coming neighborhood lots of things being built and improved!

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Wonderful host. Very responsive host that's full of incredible stories, very kind, keeps her unit in pristine condition, and really cares about people and their experience. The unit is exactly as it appears, absolutely beautiful and it's so well stocked that you could easily arrive without any toiletries and not feel you're lacking. There are a few rules to follow in the spirit of taking care of her unit and keeping it in beautiful condition for everyone (i.e. using cloths provided to remove makeup so as not to stain fabrics. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Can't say enough great things.

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

We loved the space! Super cool apartment in a nice part of town. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and had a great trip!!

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!

Rebecca was super friendly and very gracious with our arrival and departure times. We got started and informed her that we would be arriving later in the evening and she said 'No worries, drive safe and we're here along with Nashville, to welcome you upon your arrival! She offered suggestions for us if we would have needed any, noting we were here for our 34th anniversary😊 The place was very nice, cold and warm. There was enough kitchen utensils, appliances to cook, bake, microwave with and even a coffee pot with a few k-pods to choose from upon arrival. The gym was nice, simple and available anytime. The laundry was cash or card, 2.00 a load to wash and 2.00 to dry, plenty available for use. The pool was super nice. We read that the pool would be open in May, so we never ventured there until we stumbled upon it during one of our walks. This encouraged us to stay another day! After reaching out to Rebecca, she had us back to relaxing and enjoying our vacation within minutes.

Great place to stay. Highly recommended it!
