Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The purist wooden house is located on the outskirts of Fischen im Allgäu. Protected by tall trees, a rushing stream and a small bridge, it resembles a wooden-clad barn from afar, but as you get closer, the clear lines blend into a harmonious overall picture. And inside, the soul of the house opens up to the guests: noble materials, bright colors, exposed wood paneling contrasted with archaic concrete floor, quality furniture, craftsmanship and deer antlers – and plenty of space.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
