Our new apartment with about 62 m² is located on the southern edge in a quiet location. The town center is about 5 minutes' walk, the path to the meadows is about 2 minutes away. The living/dining area has a kitchen incl. oven and dishwasher, flat-screen TV and access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the lower level and is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The house was built in 2017 according to the KFW 55 standard and is heated with a regenerative heater.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
