An outdoor parking space is included.

Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Our place impresses with fine pine wood, which creates a warm atmosphere and a healthy indoor climate. The inviting living and dining area is stylishly furnished and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. A newly renovated bathroom provides extra comfort. Enjoy relaxing nights in the king-size box spring bed. Large windows offer beautiful mountain views, and the balcony invites you to relax. Only 500 meters to Oberstdorf center.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed. You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
