Quiet and not far from the fun park, basement apartment with charming terrace. Our 50m2 apartment can accommodate 2 adults + 2/3 children or max. 3 adults. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is another sofa bed (1.20mx2.0m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park is a 10-minute walk away, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Here in the pleasure region of Upper Franconia, in the beautiful district of Bamberg, is our modern and large apartment at Herzplatz 2. It is located on the ground floor of a three-family house and is about 130 m2. The flat can accommodate 4-6 people.
