The two separate apartments have their own entrance and are accessible through their own staircase. The 2 apartments are equipped with several bedrooms, living areas, a private kitchen, a spacious bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The apartments offer a total of about 80 square meters of living space. The location is in a quiet settlement. All attractive tourist spots are relatively easy to reach - such as the old town, trade fair and playmobil land.

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish accommodation, just a 7-minute walk from the beach. From the station, it is 10 minutes and is therefore a good starting point for excursions even without a car. Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of the city center, just before the local recreation area Dutzendteich. There is a good transport connection by bus, tram and S-Bahn. The room is located on the 3rd floor and has a single bed.

Live on one floor in a townhouse, with 45 square meters (484 square feet) all to yourself. The subway is in the immediate vicinity about 100 meters and runs in about 5 minutes to the trade fair and about 15 minutes to the center.
