Places to stay in Lucerne

Reto and Andrea were great host and planning to visit again next year.

This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Great cocoon for a romantic getaway. We recommend this accommodation which is not so far from the train station to reach Lucerne (10 minute walk), extremely quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The accommodation itself was perfect, very clean, very comfortable, extremely well-equipped. Really great!

Beautiful setting. Very short easy walk from the train station (literally a few hundred feet from the train crossing). The apartment is cozy with a comfortable bed. Full kitchen (except for a microwave). The marina offers boat tours of lake Brienz (one way or round trip to Interlaken). Restaurants and grocery store very near by. Good value for the money, easy commute to Interlaken. I'd recommend this place and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

A great place away from all the tourist packed. Peaceful and a picturesque view of the mountains

It was a pleasant stay at the property. However the google maps created problem for the first time. It was having the same issue all the time we stayed there. Overall experience was awesome.

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

Beautiful space, with such a unique feel and look

Maria’s home was a beautiful retreat from the noise of the city. It has an amazing view of the lake that beckons you to spend hours just looking at the horizon. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended this location for a small family who wants to cook and spend some quiet time together.

Corina was an amazing host. The place was very clean, spotless and very scenic with lake and mountains visible from the balcony. Great location to experience living in the Swiss countryside while still living very close to Lucerne. Corina went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay including picking and dropping us to and from the train station and finding us a replacement bag because of a broken zipper. She also provided us with great local recommendations for the region. When me and my family visit Switzerland the next time, we will definitely be staying at the same place and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking to stay here.

Very friendly and welcoming host! We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We were helped without any problems. In terms of hygiene, I couldn't imagine anything better. For a quiet stay in nature, this is definitely recommended! I would come back again.

Andreas Airbnb is truly wonderful! It feels like a magical modern treehouse! I’m not sure why someone would call this an attic because it doesn’t feel that way at all. It’s a very unique but extremely well appointed space. Andrea has truly thought of everything! The box up the ladder was super fun for my kiddos and really felt like a treehouse. This suite is what Airbnb was made for. Someone that truly cares and wants to share their awesome space. Andrea is wonderful and very responsive for all your needs. We definitely recommend this sweet Airbnb!

Was really nice. The location was amazing easy to walk to from train. Great restaurants and things to do. The city is expensive. The stairs are very noisy like no matter how u walk everyone knows u r on the stairs. Everything was in good condition. I would stay there again.

Very nice studio, well furnished, clean and cozy. Well located, close to cities and hikes. Preferably have a car to get around more easily. Total freedom. Perfect for visiting this incredible region of Switzerland. A real postcard. Recommended for one or a couple max. I really liked it. I'll be back :)
