The highlight of our 73 sqm non-smoking apartment is the wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool and massage shower. You will enjoy the idyllic location at the foot of Moritzberg. Nevertheless, you can reach in about 7 minutes to the Nuremberg-East highway junction or in about 20 minutes to Nuremberg city center. A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Private terrace, located on the outskirts of Gräfensteinberg between Brombachsee and Altmühlsee, opposite the “Drei Eichen,” with beautiful panoramic views. Playground only 200 m away. Dogs welcome. Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Our 65 sqm apartment for 1 - 4 people (2 person sofa bed) is located in a well-kept detached house, in a beautiful location. Ideal for trade fair visitors, assembly workers or business travelers! Franconian culinary delicacies or nearby breweries offer various inns/guest houses in the immediate vicinity or surroundings in Hersbruck Switzerland or Franconian Switzerland. The Happurger reservoir is also very nice.
