“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

The Loft in the Baroque

From the careful restoration of an old carpentry, this splendid loft is born, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Noto. The loft is on two levels, the first of which has a large living room with an open island kitchen complete with appliances and a bathroom with a dressing room, toilet and bathtub. Located in an ancient stately home, through the internal stairs you access the room with adjacent terrace, complete with all the comforts and recently renovated. The room is a few meters from the Cathedral of Noto, Palazzo Ducezio and the fantastic Palazzo Nicolaci. It is about 8 km from the sea, 10 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 30 km from the city of Syracuse. Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (about 50 minutes by road).

We are about 10 km from Noto, 450 meters above sea level on the Iblee hills, surrounded by dry stone walls and Mediterranean scrub. From the veranda, you can enjoy a unique and stunning view of the extreme tip of Sicily with the Mediterranean on the right and the Ionian Sea on the left.
