A unique place located in the full city center of Noto with 200m2 outside featuring a relaxing small pool (3.5mx1.8m) (heated when needed) that will make your holiday unforgettable. You will be able to walk to the main touristic places and to the restaurant while enjoying the comfort of having a large terrace where you can tan and refresh in the pool. The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

Relax in this elegant and modern 80 m² open space located in a quiet courtyard accessible by a short staircase that rises from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the most lively Baroque street in the center of Noto.
