Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Noto

We felt super comfortable in Charlie's vacation home from the beginning. Everything was as described in the advertisement and there was nothing missing. We especially enjoyed cozy breakfasts and dinners on the two terraces or the first coffee of the day on the rooftop terrace with sea views. My favorite place was the hammock - also with sea view - where you could relax wonderfully. The vacation home is also a perfect starting point for various excursions. For example, we found it super nice in/on "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio," which is only about 10 minutes away by car. The personal contact with Charlie was very nice and informal. He is an attentive, yet totally unobtrusive host who has plenty of tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. And we also got fresh eggs from the chickens. We would book the vacation home again anytime! From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

We absolutely adored being in Uccio’s family home for a week 💛 his parents & him were so welcoming and attentive to our needs… our two year old quickly got to know the yard very well and enjoyed playing on the toys there and watching the cats, chickens & dog! He was so cared for by Uccio’s mumma too and she made us all feel so at home… even had a Sicilian cooking lesson! Fresh eggs and the freshest produce… what a beautiful stay. Grazie miele! Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing vacation.

A far too short stay for us but were immediately made welcome by this lovely family… truly the highlight of our first visit to this area of Sicily. So generous with whatever was ready from a perfect garden or the pretty chickens. A very efficient very gorgeous cottage that was a delight! Wonderful beach in walking distance by park, with enticing beach restaurant attached. It was a highlight of our vacation!!!

We stayed only for a day, the flat had everything we wanted. We could easily walk to Ortigia and the area is safe as we walked back late at night. Fabio recommended restaurants and they were superb. Recommend this place.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

Perfect vacation; Titti made us feel immediately at ease. We were five adults and everyone had their own space; the thing that struck us most was the absolute dedication of the owner to the daily care of the beautiful and large garden. For those who love rocks, there is direct access to the sea, and for beach lovers, it can be reached in a ten-minute walk. Definitely a positive experience.

Upon our arrival we found the house very clean both inside and outside and the owners, Antonella and Sergio, left us some very welcome drinks in the fridge (it never happens!) The house is stocked with everything you need in both the bathrooms and the kitchen (even coffee pods!) and the spaces are very comfortable. The garden has a shower that allows you to wash in total privacy and we really appreciated it, as well as the water purifier that avoids heavy purchases at the supermarket. In addition, the location of the house is strategic for visiting the most beautiful places in this part of eastern Sicily. Antonella and Sergio are extraordinary people: scrupulous, always available and generous. We'll be back to see you… both the apartment and the hosts deserve 5 stars!

The place is lovely overlooking the mountains and in a great location with easy drive into Siracusa, Noto, Avola etc. it is also close to lovely beaches. Priscilla is super helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants! One thing to note is that the property is just off a busy road so you will hear road traffic when sitting outside or having windows open.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is just a few steps from the archaeological park, which makes it the ideal place for those who want to attend shows at the Greek theater. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay, four adults and our 8-month old baby. Nice apartment close to Marzamemi, a cozy old fishing village with lots of nice restaurants! Communication with Laura was exceptional and she was so kind with us. Thank you so much for having us!
