Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Noto

Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace overlooking the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road passing from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles but the bedroom overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky to come during the St George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around all of Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

This was my 3rd abnb this trip, and this one was the most spacious so far, with large bedroom. Near enough to walk to Ortigia, and leave the car on the local public street nearthe flat in Siracusa without needing to deal with the ZTL area of Ortigia. Shower was spacious which was good, because many are very small. Small development of about 5 apartments, 3 upstairs, 2 downstairs, small sunny courtyard with seating. Local tax of €19 for 1 week, €4 to use washing machine in a separate room, €3 if you have washing powder. I don't cook, so it was ok, but like most abnbs the cooking worktop area is small. Host Valeria was lovely, and was available quickly for queries. I took the train down from Taormina €13.40, and a taxi from the station to the flat was €20. Panateria nearby, also somewhere nearby for breakfast id required.

Maria was a wonderful host. My group really appreciated that she provided pick up and drop off at the train station. It was so helpful and wonderful to be given some local knowledge on the drive to the apartment. The flat was well appointed and very comfortable. Walking to Ortigia is lovely and lots of wonderful restaurants along the way. We enjoyed our stay 😊

The apartment is perfectly located in a walking distance (2-3 minutes) to everything you need in Noto, but it is on a very quiet street. The space is great for 2 people and has all the amenities required. Salvo is a fantastically responsive host and will make you feel right at home.

Perfect accommodation, clean, in a very convenient location and beautiful view. Angelo is an exquisite person, he provides what you need to cook, including condiments, tea and a machine with capsules. We'll definitely be back!!

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures, full of beautiful and crazy details! The host was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. He gave us many tips, even took care of our car rental and offered a great shuttle service. The handover was in person, everything sparkling clean. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! We loved it 🥰

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea. Wenche is a super friendly host who takes care of everything.

The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

Everything was great and relaxed. Unfortunately, it rained for a day and the heating had already been switched to air conditioning. We received warm blankets and the most delicious, warm and homemade apple pie from the hostesses. Thank you for the slowing down.

Beautiful, clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Quite a sporty walk to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped the digestion of the cannoli 🙂

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Large apartment with a beautiful terrace where we could have breakfast and sometimes dinner. The apartment is equipped with everything, we didn't even need to call Simone as her instructions were clear. Everything is exactly as described. I highly recommend it.

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. We loved staying in Annalisa's apartment. The apartment is spacious, with everything you need and good airco in the bedrooms. It's about 15 minutes walk to the old city center and also about 15 minutes walk to Neopolis. Annalisa was a very welcoming host and we would certainly recommend staying here.

This house has a great location for getting to Ortiga and using the public bus. The home has everything you need for a short stay. Alberto was very helpful and gave us good recommendations.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, grill, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect for enjoying the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome with her. We have made many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. The cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla also impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We thank Stefania from the bottom of our hearts♥️!

The original place we were booked into was not ready so Pomelia asked if the Petranica resort would be acceptable and we are so glad we took it. The place is amazing. One of the most beautiful pools we have seen. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is also great, convenient to everything by car. We will come back to this place and would give our highest recommendation to anyone else.
