A lovely quiet and comfy place in a great location, convenient for the town and beach and also going further afield. The sunny garden was a real bonus . Helpful, responsive host to any queries.

Had a fantastic couple of days! Vicky was very helpful with our plans for the weekend; chatting through options and generously picking us up and dropping us off to really facilitate our weekend. She was incredibly flexible, friendly and generous- even lending us an extra pair of waterproof trousers! Super grateful! We will be back- maybe with the kids in the summer! Thank you for all your help.

We had a fantastic stay at Coedfa House! Our group included five adults, a toddler, and three dogs, and the house suited us perfectly. The property is absolutely stunning—from the beautifully maintained gardens to the elegant and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s clear that Beth has poured a great deal of care and attention into creating a luxurious and welcoming space. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials you could possibly need. A special highlight for us was the selection of toys available for our three-year-old, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus. Access to the swimming pool and gym at The Waterloo Hotel was another fantastic perk. The location is ideal, tucked away up a quiet hill for peace and privacy, yet just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. The town offers a variety of restaurants and Swallow Falls is also just a 10-minute away. We would recommend staying!

Lovely rural location. Perfect for a family break - our little boy loved the garden. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay too and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Julie’s flat in Brighton is a great Airbnb find. We were 4 adults and 2 small kids staying for a wedding and there was plenty of space for us. There is one really large bedroom which 4 of us comfortably fit in and then another double. The kitchen/dining/living is plenty big enough and leads onto a garden ( we had the one weekend of rain this year so didn’t use it). The kitchen is really well stocked and Julie left us fresh flowers and goodies which were so lovely! Julie is super responsive and helpful. The street is quiet, easy to park on yet a short walk from lots of cafes, pubs and shops. We also caught the bus into Brighton from the end of the street and the train station is close by too. I’d highly recommend Julie’s place as a great spot to explore Brighton from, with a lovely neighbourhood feel.

The Barn Too was amazing - really top notch!!! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the decor was finished to such a high quality. Comfy bed, luxury towels, and perfect location for a nearby wedding. Thanks ☺️

A very comfortable place to stay in. I have stayed in a lot of cottages over the years and this has been set up to a very high standard. Good place to stay to explore the mainland of the Orkneys - very close to the harbour and main town. With regards to the parking - whilst I was there there was plenty of on street parking available and about 5 minute walk of small car park. Best to use the back entrance to off load your luggage.

An absolutely lovely place and not far from anywhere like Whitby bay Robin hoods bay were all within easy reach. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely restaurant down the road called the Grainary also lovely restaurant called the plough in Scalby which is a short drive away. The owners were so welcoming and so attentive. Very dog friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed at the lodge for our wedding anniversary and it was without a doubt a treat. The cabin and surroundings were just as described; all amenities provided, cabin itself was exceptionally clean, parking was easy with the allocated area, a very private area to ourselves as per the title of the listing, and convenient location to drive around Cornwall from. The owners (Tim & Carol), were very friendly and responsive to any queries we had prior to and through our stay. The extra plus points were the refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits & soft drinks) provided to us in the lodge, and a beautifully maintained garden for us to enjoy a meal at while of course being treated to the view of horses in the neighbouring field. Thank you so much for having us Tim & Carol. Highly recommend a stay at Birdsong Lodge and we're sure to return on our next visit to Cornwall.

What a beautiful apartment! Immaculately clean and luxuriously updated. Spacious accommodations, perfect location walkable to the city center, historic sites, and restaurants. This place has it all! Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s cottage,It’s location is perfect for walking into St Ives and the car park. The cottage was exactly as described with a comfortable bed nice bathroom with hot shower and lounge area for relaxing after a hard day on the beach. Would definitely book again.

we loved the very quiet countryside. it was nice and relaxing,our poodle loved the atmosphere and we slept very good. especially the bathroom with the bathtub was lovely.

What a beautiful few days away at the Hoglet. Everything you would need away from home and more. Beautiful clean, private property in a lovely location. Everywhere was so dog friendly and some really lovely restaurants locally to visit. Stunning local beaches. Katie & Paul are excellent hosts, checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Will definitely be back to The Hoglet in the future.

The place was absolutely lovely! Was so clean and was perfectly as described. The hot tub was lovely also! You had everything you need. Val and Tony are absolutely wonderful people and were really responsive if we had any questions. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful stay!

This is a spacious and well appointed cabin looking out onto the loch as described. Good kitchen facilities and outdoor seating. Sheila is a very friendly and helpful host - we did two of the walks she suggested and visited local cafes and restaurants. Ideal base for cyclists- wonderful ride from house to Shieldaig over Bealach na Ba. Thank you

We had a great stay here - the location of the house was perfect, a short walk away from the town centre. The place was very spacious, especially considering the great location, and our kids loved playing in the garden and also the den. Having parking was also very convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

The place was lovely and great for the two of us for a two night stay. Good kitchen (well equipped as we used it to cook one day) and separate lounge and the bed was very comfy. Nice shower too. Debbie was very responsive to emails in advance and the level of information was good. Neat to Hove station and then 5 minutes to Brighton and a 20 minute walk to the coast from there. Good to be away from the really busy areas. As other guests have mentioned there is a metal staircase to one level and then a spiral staircase so no good if you have mobility issues and difficult if you have large luggage. There is road noise so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs may be needed but not an issue. On arrival, it was difficult to get on the drive so I had to move some bins which felt a bit awkward at someone else's home but Debbie came out to help. Great to have a parking spot but could be tricky for large vehicles.

The most amazing stay in the lodge! Totally gorgeous and cosy. Bigger than it looks in pictures. 100 percent will be back as soon as possible. Check in and out instructions were very clear. Place was spotless

We loved staying at Caroline's! We (family of 4 with a 7yo & 1yo) stayed with friends (2 adults & 2yo + dog) for a long weekend. The house was beautiful inside and out- even better than the description and photos! It was clean, with a well-stocked Kitchen (cafetiere, scissors, peeler), and Caroline had even left us some biscuits. The girls had a great time playing in the garden and with Maddie (Caroline's dog) who would make regular appearances. Caroline was so friendly and even made some recommendations for walks. The cows in the field nearby were a great distraction for the girls too. Our youngest kids were a bit small to go for long walks but there were still plenty of shorter walks and playgrounds nearby plus a garden centre with soft play. We had a lovely, lovely time! Caroline didn't forget any little touches, like cushions for the outdoor chairs and TV with Sky etc.

Beautiful view over the harbour from the window seat in the lounge! Saw a group of at least 5 dolphins in the bay on 2 occasions! From the window! Comfortable bed. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Carefully chosen decor. Short walk to sandy beach at Inverboyndie. Lovely coastline to explore.

we really enjoyed our short break at Sally's place . very cosy and clean close to the centre of Eyemouth which is very pretty Also it is a great base to explore the area . Michael & susan

Would fully recommend staying at Helen's place. The accomodation is really spacious and has everything you need, and is a good base for the local area. Helen is really responsive and is a great host.
