In the neighborhood you will find various restaurants, the historic Rosental Park, a supermarket, bakery and other individual shops and service providers. Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility. The small, cozy attic apartment is centrally located yet quiet between Schloßberg and Mühlgraben. (Market, city center, city information, castle, zoo, train station, etc. are within walking distance). From the loft bed (double bed) you can observe the starry sky. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. We can gladly provide another mattress and a crib.
