Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

Located southeast of downtown, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. Downtown is just a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station "Bayrischer Bahnhof" is a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. You can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end. :)

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
