The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything that belongs to it, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for sociable evenings at home.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Vacation on our houseboats is pure deceleration. Experience nature very close to us. On our fully equipped houseboats, your car park will experience a very special holiday. Get your break on the water now. Whether you are traveling with family and friends, we offer boats for 2-5 people on boats. For our houseboats, you do not need a boating license, you will receive the necessary instruction from us on site.

Welcome to the HOUSE IN the REED 2 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, from the wooden terraces facing south and north-east, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unspoiled nature and an unforgettable sunrise.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

In total, there are 3 apartments for rent: Glückskind (4 people), Seeschlösschen (4 people) and Kleine Seensucht (2 people) Rentable all year round via MoMarehainersee - sauna from Oct.-May.

Our holiday home is particularly characterized by its modern and comfortable furnishings and the direct location on Lake Geiseltal. It is only a few steps to Marina Mücheln. The spacious terrace with garden invites you to relax or play with the children. Directly on the large bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the lake as well as the Marina Mücheln.

Finally, relax, chill, swim or exercise, such as Cycling, inliner, hiking or water sports, everything possible. Then we have something for you, an entire cottage for you. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious cottage is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
