A small (45m2), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with dishes. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)

Very close to the bustling Eisenbahnstraße and yet far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. We have everything you need to live, after all, we live here ourselves. On the third floor, you have plenty of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog, but it does not shed.
