There were 12 of us in the house, couples with children, and whatever I say would fall short. The house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we thought it was amazing and we will definitely be back!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

The stay at Raquel's house was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, just as shown in the photos. Raquel was always attentive to any questions we might have. She brought us quesada, sobaos, eggs, cherries... it was non-stop! We felt so comfortable that we have no doubt that we will return. Thank you Raquel for making us feel at home! Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very pleased with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

All reviews of this apartment give it an excellent score, es normal. We were staying a few days and when we arrived we were surprised how clean it was. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to make the stay super comfortable and pleasant, in the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, a bakery that opens at the very first hour and has different food products, press, etc. There is also a shop of typical products from Cantabria, restaurants, etc., the apartment is next to the promenade of the port and in 7 minutes you walk you put in the center of Laredo. It is supertranquilo, no noise, has an outdoor terrace in case you want to have breakfast outside, it is super equipped and communication with José L. has been very fluid, giving us details at all times about how to get to the apartment, access to it, etc., etc., etc. We have already recommended this apartment to friends from Laredo who have family members outside, and when we return, we will definitely repeat!.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Laura's apartment. It is well located, only 5 minutes walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped if you want to do self catering (which we didn't), clean and spacious, and the terrace is a real bonus, being south facing and private, with views of the sea and mountains. Communication with Laura was easy, and she was very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a break in Santander.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

They left us welcome details upon our arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
