Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Super friendly and helpful hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

I recommend it 100%, I would return without hesitation.

Absolutely stunning! Bring drinking water. Also, it's but why we were here but the internet here is astonishingly fast.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even groceries are partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a baby bed for our little one, as well as extra protection for all doors and windows. What you should know, however, is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means a little workout every day and unfortunately a little light-sounding, but the shutters darken top. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality with a strong chlorine taste left something to be desired, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and its surroundings for a stay as a family.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful appartment. We were two families. The location is great, too. Everything in walking distance. Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets. Alfonso was very helpful and responsive.

Great stay, the house is wonderful with all the amenities and the perfect exterior...the pool, BBQ, everything in general is great. Olaf was very kind from the first moment, he explained everything to us very well. We went with our dog and were very well received with little gifts for him, a drinking fountain and everything!! The only thing is the noise from the road during the day, then at night there is not so much movement...but the area is super quiet and very close to the entire coast and surrounding villages.

The accommodation is perfect for getting around both sides of the Cantabrian coast. The owners' service is exceptional and they are always available to help with anything you need at all times. The help goes beyond the stay, they have also guided us with our next days in Santander.

We went to spend a few days at Pilar's house and we felt right at home, she was super nice to us and the house was super nice, completely recommended considering also its ease of access to the beach. Undoubtedly an experience to repeat.

Adelia is charming, Elena gave us the best tips for visiting Cabárceno (the best is the monkey) and where to eat the best ice cream in Santander, and the best of all... don't stop going up in the talking elevator!! Adelia 100% recommended as a host and Elena 10000%!!!!!

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel right at home. The neighbors of the building where it is are very friendly. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

The apartment is fantastic. It is spacious with plenty of storage and amenities. It had a working washing machine with facilities to dry on the balcony - this was useful as we had been travelling beforehand. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t use, however, it looked clean and very inviting! The area is perfect. A lovely coastal walk nearby and a place to generally chill overlooking the sea. The host gave very clear photos and instructions of how to check in etc. The only slight negative would be the check in time, which was 5pm. I feel this is quite late in terms of other properties. We were able to check in around 4pm which helped.

We had a great stay in Maria's appartement, it is centrally located in Ajo and plenty of options arround to enjoy. Would stay here again.

Maria is very lucky to have VIP accommodation. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent the days and nights with the blinds up looking at the countryside through every window you looked at. Upon arrival, the house was as if it were your own, tidy, clean and with everything Maria had told us. We put the sheets and towels, but she always made it easy for us to put them, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little girl. The location of the apartment was ideal, a 3-minute walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The spacious garage and elevator directly to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98m and it fit! (in case the information is useful to someone). We definitely loved it.

We were very comfortable in the house. It is just like the photos, it has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Marta, available at all times. Building facilities, pool included, very well maintained. Spacious garage with easy access. We would definitely repeat. Thank you very much for everything, Marta!!

Both the welcome and the farewell were perfect. I treat close and very correct. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Very close to the beach and with nearby restaurants, supermarket and services within walking distance. Quiet area to be with the family. A success.
