Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. The house was great, very clean and comfortable and decorated and furnished with many personal and attractive touches. Being on the edge of the village, with wonderful views, it felt very private, especially as we used the covered outside seating area for meals. Highly recommended.

There were 12 of us in the house, couples with children, and whatever I say would fall short. The house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we thought it was amazing and we will definitely be back!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Family weekend in a comfortable and well-located house. Well-equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us quickly before we arrived.

The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Berta is a wonderful host. Very good communication from the first moment. Friendly and attentive to everything we need. It makes you feel right at home;) The apartment is just as shown in the photos, even the best views! Everything was very well kept and very clean. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature. Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

the location of the house is ideal, very close to the beach. The house is very nice and has everything, comfortable, clean and tidy. Pedro is a great host, kind and friendly. He helps you with everything you need. The garage is very large and easy to park. We are very happy and satisfied with the house and the surroundings, our dogs were delighted. Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good
