Vacation rentals with a patio in Noja

Hemos estado muy cómodos. Estaba todo muy limpio y prácticamente a estrenar. El trato ha sido impecable y repetiremos sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable e ideal para viajar con niños.

Apartamento pequeño pero con todo, unas vistas impresionantes y al lado de la playa. Zona tranquila, alejada del centro pero con facilidad para ir andando o en coche. Fácil aparcamiento y zonas gratuitas. Recomendable

Both the accommodation and the communication with María Antonia has been impeccable. I would definitely go back.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family-friendly, just like the photos, a super well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a very comfortable bathroom with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after a whole day of sightseeing, the terrace is indescribable, super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets are beyond words. It's a very quiet place, ideal to disconnect and get out of your routine. A car is ESSENTIAL as there are no services nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is NOT suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, there are more stairs. The parking space is large, but to access it you need a forklift that is quite "tight" depending on the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts was a 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

La casa es preciosa, todo muy nuevo y decorada con mucho gusto. Cama y ventanales grandes. La terraza tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Los anfitriones fueron amables y flexibles con horarios de entrada y salida. Fuimos con nuestras perritas y no nos cobraron ningún plus, lo que se agradece.

We really enjoyed our stay and were delighted with the accomodation. Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to the beach and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again!

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

En primer lugar quiero destacar la amabilidad de Conchi y de Iván desde el primer momento, desde que llegamos al alojamiento hasta que nos fuimos. Han estado a nuestra disponibilidad en todo momento aconsejándonos acerca de las zonas que podríamos visitar y de ricos restaurantes donde poder comer. Son muy serviciales y agradables. El alojamiento estaba impecable y en una zona super tranquila y acogedora, mis padres y yo nos hemos sentido como en casa sinceramente. Estaba en pleno centro de Santander, nosotros hemos ido caminando a todos los sitios y solo cogíamos el coche para salir fuera de la ciudad. Para aparcar existen varios parkings al rededor, pero es verdad que nosotros solíamos encontrar aparcamiento en la zona azul con facilidad prácticamente cerca, con lo cual la experiencia de ir con coche ha sido excelente también. Lo único que puedo decir para terminar, es que si vuelvo a Santander en algún momento, repetiré estancia con estos maravillosos anfitriones!

All very well, we warned them that we would arrive late at night and they didn't give us any problems. The only complaint would be that the dining room is a little tight for 9 people to eat.

The stay at Raquel's house was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, just as shown in the photos. Raquel was always attentive to any questions we might have. She brought us quesada, sobaos, eggs, cherries... it was non-stop! We felt so comfortable that we have no doubt that we will return. Thank you Raquel for making us feel at home! We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely return if the opportunity arises. The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

From the first minute I felt that I was in a fairytale house, everything was perfect, clean house, detail wherever you looked it was perfect, Ana was very nice when it came to helping, friendly... Riocorvo is small but very picturesque. The house is next to a river, a very nice area to walk and disconnect It was an unforgettable experience that I will definitely repeat if I return to Cantabria

We had an amazing stay! The place was even better than in the pictures—spacious, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day. We loved spending the week here and felt completely at home. Pau was incredibly friendly, responsive, and understanding, especially with our two energetic kids. We truly appreciated the place. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

Hemos estado unos días en casa de Carlos. Todo fue genial desde el minuto uno. La casa es tal cual las fotos, aún si cabe más bonita. Hemos disfrutado mucho, incluso con días de lluvia, también de sol y playa, el q más disfruto, nuestra mascota, en el patio y en la playa. Todo a mano si necesitas comprar algo, bares y algún restaurante. Lo hemos pasado genial. Volveremos

Un lugar con una paz increíble y muy bien situado. Si buscas pasar unos días tranquilos es un lugar ideal. Esta en plena naturaleza, con la playa muy cerquita y muy bien comunicado para poder visitar pueblos pintorescos y comer en buenos restaurantes. Repetimos seguro!

El apartamento está bien ubicado, en una zona cercana, paseando, al centro de comillas pero tranquila, cerca de la CA-135 para coger la A8 y moverte por los alrededores. La vivienda destaca por su cuidada decoración, la limpieza y la comodidad de sus camas. La comunicación con Nuria ha sido fácil, valiosa y muy agradable en el trato.

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

Magda nos brindó una atención de 10. Siempre pendiente de que te sientas como en casa. Y el alojamiento es increíble. Súper tranquilo y con infinidad de detalles. Muy cerca del puerto de Alisas. Alojamiento ideal para el Rally Festival Hoznayo. Si volvemos al rally repetiremos sin duda!!

Nos alojamos dos noches en el estudio y todo perfecto. Es un lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo, se respira paz. El colchón es muy cómodo y se duerme muy bien. En cuanto al entorno está muy cerca de lugares preciosos para visitar, como costa quebrada, Santillana del mar, Santander, san Vicente de la barquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu es muy atento y amable!!
