Great location, right by all the lovely shops and cafes. Apartment easy to access and was safe. Apartment was clean and clutter free, just as the pictures. The host was very proactive and checked in to remind us that we could contact should we need or want anything. Had a fabulous break and would definitely stay again, hopefully be back autumn for another weekend getaway! Parfait!

Stefan and Marie were great hosts very welcoming and gave great local recommends for restaurants The location was superb and great for walking to anywhere in the city . Flat was beautiful and as described I would not hesitate to book this place again - thank you 🙏

Amazing apartment in a beautiful city. Hot tub is a great addition with views of the castle. Great restaurants and shops near by and so quiet considering it’s in the heart of the city.

Located just off the Pont Vieux, great access for both the Citadel and new town. Caroline picked us up from the airport and gave us great advice about where to eat, drink and what to see. The apartment really felt like a home from home, a great choice a couple looking for a truly magical weekend with everything that Carcassonne has to offer

A lovely apartment in an amazing location. Great views. Nice balcony. Great bathroom. It was a joy to stay in the citadel of Carcassonne. For us it was a perfect place to stay. The apartment is up two flights of spiral staircases but we had no problems getting our bags in and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in a wonderfully peaceful place. Hélène was most charming and helpful, even arranging our visit to the neighbouring vineyard. The house had all you needed and was spotless. The swimming pool was a real delight too. If we find ourselves near Carcassonne again we would definitely like to return.

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Great location. We had bicycles and wanted direct access to the Canal du Midi. Myriam’s place is right next to a small bridge which allows you to cross over from the apartment on the north side to the cycle route on the south side.

The apartment in Carcassonne was a great place to stay for the few days we spent there. It was within walking distance of the medieval cité and not too far to the Bastide. It was just the right size for us (although it may be a little tight for more than 4 people); Julie met us when we arrived and was very friendly, giving us some recommendations for places to visit. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the medieval cité of Carcassonne

Apartment in an ideal location for all sightseeing. The attic room is on the fourth floor which gives you a fabulous view of the castle. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

This was an absolutely amazing find. It was a beautiful place in a brilliant location. Carcassone did not disappoint. Coming back to sit on the terrace at the end of the day was a real treat. Loads of lovely little restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk up to the Medieval City. A real gem of a place.
