The place is AMAZING. It is central, quiet and easily accessible. A 4-minute walk to the main street with restaurants etc. The house is UNBEATABLE! It is cared for with great attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, everything is beautiful, brand new and always making sure that everything is perfect and you feel at home. The hosts are the best. Friendly, approachable, attentive, they showed us the house with a lot of love and detail. Merce gave us a list of all the recommendations and explained everything to us with a map. Super thoughtful. Attentive at all times and I have never found better hosts and more involved and close. I recommend it 100%, I give a 10 to both the apartment and them.

Laura is a courteous landlady. Very friendly communication at all times. Also with Elena, the girl who welcomes us and is responsible for cleaning. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The views of the bay and Santander are actually spectacular. We felt very comfortable.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even groceries are partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a baby bed for our little one, as well as extra protection for all doors and windows. What you should know, however, is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means a little workout every day and unfortunately a little light-sounding, but the shutters darken top. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality with a strong chlorine taste left something to be desired, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and its surroundings for a stay as a family.

All reviews of this apartment give it an excellent score, es normal. We were staying a few days and when we arrived we were surprised how clean it was. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to make the stay super comfortable and pleasant, in the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, a bakery that opens at the very first hour and has different food products, press, etc. There is also a shop of typical products from Cantabria, restaurants, etc., the apartment is next to the promenade of the port and in 7 minutes you walk you put in the center of Laredo. It is supertranquilo, no noise, has an outdoor terrace in case you want to have breakfast outside, it is super equipped and communication with José L. has been very fluid, giving us details at all times about how to get to the apartment, access to it, etc., etc., etc. We have already recommended this apartment to friends from Laredo who have family members outside, and when we return, we will definitely repeat!.

Our stay at Pedreña's apartment was exceptional. The views over Santander Bay, with the city in front, the Puntal dunes and the Miera River estuary, are breathtaking, even in the mist. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves for Santander every half hour, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations about the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. The rental is as described, very nice spot. We had a pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed hiking by the sea and other equally exotic places. Thanks to Manuel for hosting us and for his professionalism. We recommend... Good continuation for the upcoming season.

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the fifth floor and has an elevator. Not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality. We love the variety of coffee machines, which are convenient and meet everyone's needs.

All very well, we warned them that we would arrive late at night and they didn't give us any problems. The only complaint would be that the dining room is a little tight for 9 people to eat.

My family and I loved our stay at Marina’s place. We felt so comfy and at home. We want to return to stay again!

We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Very nice house with a breathtaking ocean view. Located 300 m from the beach, it's a peaceful place. The house is very well-equipped and there is serenity. The host is very nice and attentive. I would recommned this property

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)
