In winter, there is a hot tub 100 m away, available by reservation until 8 p.m. 25 km from Nice, ideal for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, and exploring the Nice hinterland. Bungalow with air conditioning, veranda and summer kitchen, very private. Private parking with electric gate. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. 15 minutes from Nice airport and the beaches by car. Swimming pool with bar, toilet, shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin amidst the trees, in a cool and quiet setting between my house and a trailer on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village.
