Beachfront vacation rentals in Nice

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Delphine’s place. She worked with us on early check in, and was super helpful and communicative. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

L’emplacement était parfait, les ascenseurs ont grandement facilité nos déplacements et le logement fonctionnel.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Nossa estadia foi realmente incrível. Estivemos lá por 10 noites. A localização é incrível , perto de todas as coisas e de frente para o mar. O que mais poderíamos esperar ? O apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos, desde espaço até as ameninades e produtos de limpeza. No final ainda esqueci umas roupas e Joseph foi extremamente eficiente em acharmos uma solução. Joseph é um hóspede muito atencioso e respondeu qualquer questão prontamente. Resumindo: gostamos muito e estou ansiosa por voltar e sem dúvidas vou tentar esse mesmo apartamento. Obrigada Joseph.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is at a walkable distance from the tram and train stations. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Philippe was also prompt in his responses and extremely accommodative. He is happy to provide early check in and late check out options provided there are no other guests planned for those times. He's also extremely thoughtful - upon hearing that we have a 3 year old kid, he provided stuffed toys, sketches and colour pencils to make her stay enjoyable as well!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Très bel appartement et parfaitement localisé pour profiter de Nice!

Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Thomas was an incredible host, he was very responsive and his apartment was pristine. The apartment was easily accessible and was close to many restaurants and views.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

The place is very well located in Old Town. You're surrounded by restaurants and a walk to the beach is within steps. The apartment itself served all our needs, we cooked, did laundry and lounged while taking a break from activities. The apartment has AC Mini splits to climatize your room to your liking. We had a group of 5 inc. a 2 year old and Nico was able to provide a chair for the little one to eat in (thank you).

This Airbnb was perfect. The balcony with the view of the beach in the distance was so peaceful. The bed faces the balcony so you can watch the waves crash as you lay down. The Airbnb was extremely clean and the host was very responsive. The location was EVERYTHING. Directly next to a parking garage, 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade and directly next to endless restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again! It was about a 10-15 walk to old town nice, but you cannot drive a car there anyway so it was perfect. The scooters and bikes were also located right out front, so if you don’t have a car and wanted to ride bikes it is so easy. Loved this Airbnb.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Perfect view and location. Roberto’s place was amazing - worth it for the view alone. The view was breathtaking, and the unit was right on the promenade - close to many restaurants and shops but not loud at night. The black out curtains in the bedroom were a plus for us. Giuseppe met us at check in and was very helpful and friendly. He provided us with food recommendations and allowed us a late check out, which was very nice. There are 6 flights of stairs to the unit, but there is a lift option as well. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was right across the street, and old Nice was a short 10-12 min walk. Everything was lovely, we could not recommend this unit more. We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. The roofdeck patio and views are incredible and a highlight of our trip. Leo and Romain were proactive and friendly with helpful reminders and clear instructions. The flat is beautifully appointed with a quirky and fun layout. There are lots of stairs (6th floor, no elevator) as well as a spiral staircase to access one of the bedrooms. If you have a lot of luggage this is challenging, but the views are worth the climb. One of the showers has a low ceiling (if you’re taller than 5’6” it would be tough to use). We still had a great stay and enjoyed coming home to the flat every night. The views are truly unbeatable and make for gorgeous photos to remember your trip by. I would love to stay here again.
