Apartment vacation rentals in Nice

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Mitten im Geschehen, daher höherer Lärmpegel der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen leicht mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist schön aber als Ausweichbett ungeeignet.

I absolutely love this place! It's incredibly convenient, offering an ocean view and plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The tram and buses are right at your doorstep. The only downside is the noise from passing cars and trams. Unfortunately, some tourists can be quite loud, especially around 2 AM, but this is beyond the host's control. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I bought noise-canceling headphones, but as a light sleeper who doesn't drink, I still found the noise a bit challenging. The location is perfect for day trips to nearby cities, with quick tram access to the train station. It's also close to the airport, making Uber rides affordable or even taking the tram a good option. The host is very kind, providing shampoo, creams, shower gel, tea, and water, which I really appreciated since I was traveling with just a carry-on.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Hands down the best place to explore Old Nice - the apartment has everything you need and the hosts are some of the best I have ever come across on ABB. Excellent communication and a truly welcoming attitude! Seriously don’t think twice - JUST BOOK THIS ONE!

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The views from this place are everything! Home is beautiful, perfect for our family of six. Away from the town center but convenient to all nearby activities and day trips. Definitely recommend!

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

If you are reading this, just go ahead and book Francois’ apartment right now. This apartment has an amazing terrace overlooking the beach and Mediterranean, is right on the promenade for walks/runs, is basically next door to the Negresco, and is a short walk and even shorter tram ride into town. The apartment was spotless, air conditioning worked well, and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The large memory foam mattress was comfortable and the rain shower was very nice after a hot day walking around. The beach is literally less than a minute from the front door and you have the choice of public beach or private beach club (where you can order a spritz right to your beach chair). Francois was a great host — he sent video instructions before check in and was flexible when our travel got delayed last minute. The only minor thing to be aware of is the restaurant downstairs, which can get noisy on the weekend (but is generally very manageable). Overall a great value & highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at François’s home. The location was great being very close to the water and a short distance from old town. The home was in a quiet courtyard, but around the corner from the tram, making for easy transportation throughout the city! Françoise met us at the beginning of our check-in and helped show us around the home, provided us with amazing recommendations and even prepared a gift basket for us to enjoy! Overall, we loved staying at François’s beautiful home and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and boasts amazing views across the bay and the town. Indoors we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom went straight onto the outside space. A great way to start the day admiring the scenery drinking a coffee. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable with a big range of entertainment options should you need it. The walk to the centre takes about 20 minutes on foot if you choose not to rent a car. If you are on foot and want to get some groceries try the Casino store which is about 5 minutes away down the steps. Julien was an excellent host, what we particularly loved was being left to do our own thing all the while knowing that if we did need anything Julien was on hand. We had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something special on your visit to Vilefranche su mer.

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

Un vrai petit havre de paix : appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement situé à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse et le spa sont un vrai plus. Parking et commerces à proximité. Calme, confort et accueil impeccable. On recommande sans hésiter !

Our stay in the ‘Skynest’ was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! We stayed there for a week and our whole family (6 people) felt at home immediately. Everything in the apartment was very well thought out and all the amenities worked perfectly. This made our stay so comfortable and we are able to relax and enjoy the rooftop balcony which got a lot of sun during the day. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Nice with easy walking and public transport to everywhere we wanted to go.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants .
