The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
