Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our apartment with garden views is very cozily furnished. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with a comfortable sofa bed available in the larger bedroom, a bathroom with shower and with separate toilet, a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need. From the balcony you can see three countries and you can enjoy the sunset on the day. Of course, we offer Wi-Fi for free.
