Wir wurden persönlich von Floriana und ihrer Tochter herzlich begrüßt. Sie hat uns direkt Tipps für Einkäufe und Restaurants in Noto gegeben. Die Doppelhaushälfte steht weit von der Straße, also ruhig, und es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz bei dem Haus. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel, sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts! Sogar Olivenöl, Gewürze, eine Basilikumpflanze, Zitronen, reichlich Mineralwasser, Tee und Kaffee, sowie Nudel, Tomatensauce und Zwieback waren großzügig vorhanden. Bade- und Schlafzimmer sind bequem. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühle und schöne Vegetation. Der näheste Strand ist 5 min und der schönere Strand von Pizzuta ist 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in die schöne Stadt Noto, oder im Vendicari Naturpark mit der wunderschönen Eloro-Strand. Modica und Syrakuse sind auch nicht weit. Der Ort Lido von Noto ist nicht besonders schön, aber man steht am Rande und bekommt das kaum mit.

We really enjoyed our four nights at Casa Lina over Easter weekend visiting family in Canicattini. Casa Lina is in an ideal location in the center of town with easy parking right outside the apartment for our rental car. Canicattini is a very small and very safe, friendly town with not a lot to do, but is great location to visit Syracusa , Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa and Palazzolo to name a few towns. It is a short, easy ride on the freeway from Catania airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi service and all the amenities that we needed, but we spent almost all our time in town with family and so we basically just slept and showered there.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) eine Woche im Haus von Emilia. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse sind super! Emilia war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Zum Strand und zu den zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés sind es 15min zu Fuß.

Noi abbiamo fatto un viaggio in gruppo (9 persone) e abbiamo alloggiato nella villa per 4 giorni. Il soggiorno è stato eccellente. La casa è davvero bellissima, molto pulita, grande e accogliente. E il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il proprio bagno è decisamente un valore aggiunto, soprattutto quando si viaggia in gruppo. La cucina è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario (piatti, pentole, lavastoviglie, frigo) e comprende anche un grande tavolo per pranzare/cenare tutti assieme. Inoltre, il bellissimo giardino esterno permette di sfruttare al meglio le belle giornate, potendo mangiare all'aperto o semplicemente oziare. La villa è situata in una posizione ottimale: in campagna, lontano dalla confusione e dal traffico ma comunque non troppo distante dal centro di Modica, che si raggiunge in 10 minuti di auto, e da bellissime spiagge (come Playa Carratois, a circa 20/30 minuti di macchina). Giovanni è un host molto gentile e disponibile, sempre presente in caso di necessità e di consigli. Consigliatissimo!!

Giovanni’s house was the perfect home for our holidays. Quiet atmosphere, plenty of space for a couple, 4 friends or a small family. The kitchen has everything you need as you arrive. The outside barbecue and the gigantic terrace are absolutely fantastic! Giovanni was really sweet, helpful and full of great recommendations for going out. We would recommend his home from the bottom of our hearts.

alloggio pulito e fornito di tutto. Gianna, il marito e la figlia sono stati gentilissimi e, data la bassa stagione, ho potuto posticipare il checkout. A pochi passi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi per il centro di Marzamemi. consigliato!

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen netten Gegend. Ohne Auto kommt man leider nicht sehr weit zu Fuß aber Patrizio war sehr hilfreich und hat uns bei jedem Problem direkt geholfen!

È stato un soggiorno perfetto! La villa era curata in ogni minimo particolare, dotata di ogni confort e la pulizia era impeccabile. La posizione era strategica per raggiungere il mare e il centro del paese. I proprietari sono stati gentili e super disponibili Consiglio vivamente di venire a soggiornare da loro. Esperienza consigliatissima, da rifare!!!

Die Unterkunft, ist einefach der absolute Hammer. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Meer. Die Tatsache, dass es nicht direkt am Strand liegt hat am Abend sehr viele VOrteile, zwecks lärmpegel usw. Auch die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist tadellos. Vorallem die Aussendusche hat es uns angetan. Ich kann echt nichts schlechtes schreiben. Vom Besitzer bis zur Unterkunft alles TOP!!!

Soggiorno stupendo, non potevamo chiedere di meglio! L'appartamento di Corrado è in posizione ottima, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Noto, ed è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una serena permanenza. Oltretutto è nuovissimo, molto pulito, e curato in ogni dettaglio. A completare questo soggiorno ottimo si è aggiunta anche l'estrema cortesia di Corrado e del padre Alaimo, che ci hanno assisititi durante tutto il soggiorno, fornendoci supporto e ottimi consigli. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Appartenento ampio, pulito e con tutti il necessario per cucinare, fare qualche lavatrice e andare in spiaggia (che è tra l'altro a pche decine di metri di distanza). Situato a 15 min a piedi da Marzamemi, si trova in un'ottima posizione. Il villaggio in cui è situato è recintato. Quando siamo arrivati eravamo quasi gli unici nel complesso, poi in corrispondenza del weekend si è riempito ma è rimasto tranquillo.

das Ferienhaus befindet sich an der Punta Braccetto in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Es war absolut ruhig und friedlich. Die Ausstattung ein spricht der Beschreibung und es sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien bestens ausgestattet und blitzeblank sauber. Auf der Terrasse zur Straße kann man gemütlich sitzen. Es gibt noch eine zweite kleine nach hinten raus, wo man Abendsonne hat und ein wenig Meer erblicken kann. Der Strand vor dem Naturreservat Randello ist traumhaft schön und wir waren dort End Mai ganz Alleine. Restaurants hatten in der Nähe noch nicht auf, aber in der Stadt in der Nähe gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten. Der Check-in mittels Schlüsselbox war einfach und wir würden mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wein, Wasser, Obst, Gebäck und Obst empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man Modica, Ragusa, Donnafugata besichtigen möchte und sich auch am Strand erholen möchte.
