We had a very nice stay at Emilia's house. it is only 10-15 minute walk to the beach and center of Marina di Ragusa. The outside space is lovely for sitting outside and enjoying a quiet evening. Would stay again.

A first visit to Marina di Ragusa. The Apartment was very nice, in a gated complex at the east end of the long beach. Communication with the host was important to gain access to the complex and Apartment at a prearranged time. An enjoyable visit we liked the town and historic cities nearby.

my family (husband and two small children) stayed here with my in laws. it worked great because there were two separate living areas. the place also had a crib and toys. the children enjoyed running around in the backyard. it is about a 10 minute walk into town which i thought was pretty easy. the house was peaceful and we very much enjoyed our stay, the outdoor patio areas could not be beat.

The villa is set within a well-maintained garden, featuring neatly trimmed hedges and a paved pathway leading to the entrance. Large glass windows reflect the surrounding greenery, while outdoor seating areas are visible, including tables and chairs under shaded umbrellas.

We made a group trip (9 people) and stayed in the villa for 4 days. The stay was excellent. The house is really beautiful, very clean, large and cozy. And the fact that each room has its own bathroom is definitely an added value, especially when traveling as a group. The kitchen is very spacious, equipped with everything you need (dishes, pots, dishwasher, fridge) and also includes a large table for lunch/dinner together. In addition, the beautiful outdoor garden allows you to make the most of the beautiful days, being able to eat outdoors or just laze. The villa is located in an optimal position: in the countryside, away from the confusion and traffic but still not too far from the center of Modica, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and from beautiful beaches (such as Playa Carratois, about 20/30 minutes by car). Giovanni is a very kind and helpful host, always present in case of need and advice. Highly recommended!!

It was a perfect stay! The villa was well-kept in every detail, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was strategic to reach the sea and the center of the village. The owners were friendly and super helpful I highly recommend coming to stay with them. Highly recommended experience, to be done again!!!

The place is absolutely awesome. In 5 minutes by foot by the sea. The fact that it is not located directly on the beach has a lot of front parts in the evening, for noise levels, etc. The equipment of the accommodation is also impeccable. Above all, the outdoor shower did it to us. I really can't write anything bad. From the owner to the accommodation everything is GREAT!!!

the cottage is located on Punta Braccetto in a small holiday home settlement. It was absolutely quiet and quiet The amenities one speak to the description and it looks like the pictures. The apartment is very well equipped with all imaginable utensils and sparkling clean. On the terrace facing the street you can sit comfortably. There is a second little one out the back where you have evening sun and see a little sea. The beach in front of the Randello Nature Reserve is fantastically beautiful and we were there at the end of May. Restaurants haven't been on nearby yet, but there are plenty of options in the city nearby. Check-in via key box was easy and we would be welcomed with little touches such as wine, water, fruit, pastries and fruit. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to visit Modica, Ragusa, Donnafugata and also relax on the beach.
