"Residences San Paolo" is a typical Sicilian house of 1900, with classical roofs in stone, completely rebuilded and renovated with modern conforts to meet the needs of customers. The style of the furniture is classic and in complete harmony with the environment. The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

An outdoor kitchen area features a rustic wooden table with a centerpiece of fresh lemons and greenery. Colorful tiles adorn the wall behind the cooking space, while a scenic view of Modica is visible in the background, highlighting the architecture of the historic city.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

Romantic terrace with splendid views, separate kitchen, loft with a comfortable bed, A/C, FIBER internet. All facilities are just a 5min walk. Bakery with fresh lasagna and Modican 'scacce' and traditional cooked meals to take away as well as Nice restaurants, pizza places, supermarket at walking distance (piazza santa teresa). Beautiful place to be, ideally located, just a few stairs away from the middle of Modica, with some limitations on the view from the property. All fine from our perspective. We enjoyed our stay very much. Modica is a good starting point for journeys to Noto valley and a little quieter than Noto or Ragusa.

How does one describe perfection? Let’s start with WOW WOW WOW! This is the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. Think of a cave then think of 5 star luxury. They have thought of everything and with immense taste. Minutes from the centre of beautiful Modica, this is the perfect place to relax, pamper yourself and explore the amazing sights and history and offering a great range of restaurants and bars. The hosts could not have been more charming and helpful. This is a perfect bnb. Grazie!

This is a fantastic place to stay for many reasons. The property is unique and has an abundance of character. The views from the windows are sensational. Then there is the roof garden which has sumptuous views over Modica and is a sun-trap all day long. Modica is just a dream to walk around and there are plenty of food and drink options. Beyond Modica there is Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and many other towns to visit. We stayed a week and could have filled two quite easily.

Modica Mia is a beautiful, modern and more than fully equipped apartment. Very well located in the city center and yet surprisingly quiet. The communication with Giorgio was smooth and very pleasant. I'd come back anytime!

Cristina and Adriana welcomed us with great grace, kindness and hospitality: our vacation was starting badly, unfortunately neither because of us, nor because of us, nor because of us, we had to cancel the first reservation, they - even though it was not due - refunded what we had already paid. As soon as possible, we rescheduled the dates, even with their help, and visited this fantastic city. The location is among the best, there is free parking nearby and in a 5-minute walk you can reach the Baroque masterpieces of Low and High Modica. Highly recommended.

We stayed four days in Andrea's house, which to call beautiful is frankly an understatement. A house expertly renovated and cared for with taste in every detail, with a terrace that alone allows you to enjoy wonderful evenings and a unique view of the beautiful Modica. Thank you Andrea for the opportunity and a special thank you to Gianni for his availability, who welcomed us, guided us and supported our requests. We'll definitely be back.
