The studio is located in front of the beach, on the Torre Archirafi seafront, has a separate entrance, and is surrounded by two large terraces, equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, tables and surrounded by flower pots. In the large terraces you can read a book from our small library or sunbathe from March to October, enjoying the view of the sea and Mount Etna. If you cross the street, you will find a beautiful pebbled beach.

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

Riva Sea Apartments

Riva Sea Apartments is a house complex located in a panoramic position just a few steps away from the golden sandy beach “Playa” in Castellammare del Golfo. The complex is made up of 10 houses. All the houses are furnished in the same style and have the same pattern. You access the house through the living room with a kitchen corner, dining table, double sofabed, tv and air conditioning. On the ground floor, you find a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Quiet Apartment Close to the Beach

The apartment is a spacious basement of about 60 sqm in Mondello, consisting of a living room with two external openings, kitchenette, bedroom with window overlooking the living room and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and outdoor terrace where you can eat meals. The sea is a 12-minute walk or 5 minutes by bicycle, available to our guests (a deposit of €50.00 per bike is required, which is returned upon return of the bikes in the same condition as delivery).
