In summer, the private pool invites you to refresh yourself. Hiking trails and bike tours await right outside the front door. In winter, the Erzgebirge turns into a winter wonderland: after a day in the snow, you can enjoy the sauna or the warmth of the fireplace and end the evening with a crackling fire.

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Schlupfwinkel - small, cozy, - ideal for relaxing The small house is located above Hainichen on the outskirts of the city. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

Gym use by arrangement. Very quiet location right by the forest. Starting point for great hikes, bike or MTB excursions to the Erzgebirge, Augustusburg... The European Capital of Culture 2025 Chemnitz is just 15 km away.

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen and a cellar. In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.

Vacation at Villa Zucca. Cozy apartment on the first floor with an unobstructed view from the balcony over the Elbe valley to Dresden. Overnight stay in the wine and garden town of Radebeul. Many interesting destinations: Dresden, Moritzburg, Pillnitz and Meissen; active holidays on the Elbe cycle path and Saxon wine route. Unwind in the beautiful, wild garden. My place is good for couples, families with kids, big groups, pets on request.

In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, which can be set up separately. There are also two sleeping chairs. These can be converted into a sofa bed in a few seconds. Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
